1. INTRODUCTION

Welcome to REBELCENTRICAPPS.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of mobile applications developed, published and operated by REBELCENTRICAPPS ("we", "our", "us", or "Developer"), including applications distributed through Google Play and other authorized platforms.

These Terms apply to all mobile applications published under REBELCENTRICAPPS unless an individual application provides separate or additional terms.

By downloading, installing, accessing or using any of our applications ("Apps"), you agree to these Terms, subject to any mandatory legal requirements regarding acceptance. If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue using the relevant App.

2. ABOUT OUR APPLICATIONS

REBELCENTRICAPPS develops and publishes mobile applications designed to provide useful, creative, personalized and entertaining experiences.

Depending on the individual App, our services and features may include:

• Wallpapers, backgrounds, photographs and digital images.

• Photo frames, greeting cards and photo editing features.

• Photo suits, stickers, templates and creative effects.

• Personalization and customization tools.

• Image-related utilities and other mobile application services.

• Other entertainment and productivity features.

Features, content and functionality may differ between individual Apps. Not every feature described in these Terms will necessarily be available in every App.

3. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree to use our Apps only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms and applicable laws.

You must not:

• Use our Apps for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive or harmful activities.

• Attempt to disrupt, damage or interfere with the operation or security of our Apps.

• Attempt unauthorized access to our systems, services or other users' information.

• Reverse engineer, modify or exploit our Apps except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

• Copy, redistribute, sell or commercially exploit our original content without authorization.

• Use our Apps to infringe the intellectual property, privacy or other legal rights of another person.

• Use our Apps to distribute malicious software or engage in activities that may harm other users.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of our Apps complies with applicable laws.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Unless otherwise stated, the software, application design, branding, logos, graphics, text, wallpapers, photo frames, stickers, templates and other original materials developed or provided by REBELCENTRICAPPS are owned by or licensed to us and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our Apps and their content for personal, lawful and non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not independently reproduce, extract, redistribute, modify, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit our intellectual property without prior written permission, except where permitted by applicable law.

Some Apps may contain third-party materials, trademarks, images or other content. Such materials remain the property of their respective owners and are used subject to applicable licenses or permissions.

We do not claim ownership of third-party intellectual property.

4.1 User Photos and Ownership

Some of our Apps allow users to select, import, edit, customize, enhance and save their personal photographs and images.

You retain ownership of your original photographs, personal images and other content that you create or provide through our Apps.

We do not claim ownership of your personal photographs or user-generated content.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the necessary rights and permissions to use any photographs, images or other content imported into our Apps.

4.2 Local Image Processing

Our photo editing, photo frame and personalization Apps are designed to process selected photographs directly on the user's device.

Image editing and customization features operate locally on the device. We do not upload or store users' personal photographs on REBELCENTRICAPPS' own servers as part of these local image editing features.

This statement concerns our local photo editing functionality and does not mean that our Apps or third-party services collect no other information.

Please refer to the applicable Privacy Policy for details about other information that may be collected or processed by our Apps and their third-party service providers.

4.3 License for App Graphics and Creative Assets

Our Apps may provide photo frames, suit templates, stickers, wallpapers, backgrounds, graphics and other creative assets.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use these assets for personal and non-commercial purposes.

You may save, display and share your completed creative work, including edited photographs containing our assets, for personal purposes through social media, messaging platforms and other permitted channels.

You may not independently extract, redistribute, resell, sublicense or commercially exploit our standalone graphics, templates, stickers, wallpapers or other creative assets without appropriate authorization.

This section does not restrict any rights granted by applicable law or separate licenses.

5. ADVERTISEMENTS AND THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

Our Apps may display advertisements and use third-party services to support their functionality, availability and continued development.

These services may include Google AdMob and other advertising, analytics, crash reporting or technology providers.

Third-party advertising partners may use advertising identifiers, cookies, device information and similar technologies in accordance with their own privacy policies and applicable laws.

Advertisements displayed in our Apps may be personalized or non-personalized depending on applicable consent requirements, user preferences, regional regulations and advertising platform settings.

We do not control the content, availability or practices of third-party advertisements, websites or services.

Any interaction, purchase or transaction involving a third-party service is subject to the terms and policies of that respective provider.

6. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We respect your privacy and take reasonable measures to protect information associated with your use of our Apps.

Please review the relevant Privacy Policy before using our Apps.

Depending on the App and its features, information may be processed by third-party service providers for purposes such as advertising, analytics, crash reporting and service functionality.

Where required by applicable law, we will provide appropriate notices and obtain necessary consent before processing personal information or using relevant advertising and tracking technologies.

Our Privacy Policies form an important part of understanding how your information is handled when using our Apps.

7. CHILDREN AND PARENTAL GUIDANCE

The intended audience may differ between our individual Apps.

Parents and guardians are encouraged to review the intended audience, content and applicable Privacy Policy of an App before allowing children to use it.

8. STORAGE PERMISSIONS, SAVED IMAGES AND DATA LOSS

Certain Apps may request access to device storage, photographs or media permissions to allow users to select, edit, save or manage images and other content.

Such permissions are used for the relevant application functionality.

Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate backups of important photographs, edited images and other personal content stored on their devices.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for losses arising from device failures, accidental deletion, operating system changes, application uninstallation or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in this section excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

9. APP AVAILABILITY, UPDATES AND MODIFICATIONS

We aim to maintain the availability, security and functionality of our Apps.

However, we cannot guarantee that every App or feature will always operate without interruptions, errors or compatibility issues.

We may:

• Release updates, improvements and new features.

• Modify or remove existing features.

• Fix technical issues and security vulnerabilities.

• Make changes required by platform policies or applicable laws.

• Discontinue an App or particular functionality where reasonably necessary.

We will respect applicable consumer protection laws and mandatory rights relating to digital services and updates.

10. DISCLAIMER

Our Apps are provided on an "as available" basis, subject to applicable law.

Although we make reasonable efforts to maintain the quality, security and functionality of our Apps, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility with every device or the absence of technical errors.

Information, images and other content provided through our Apps are intended for their stated purposes. Users should exercise their own judgment when using or sharing such content.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any statutory warranties, consumer rights or legal protections that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, REBELCENTRICAPPS will not be liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use our Apps.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability arising from fraud, wilful misconduct or other circumstances protected by mandatory law.

Your statutory rights and remedies under applicable consumer protection laws remain unaffected.

12. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using any of our Apps at any time by discontinuing their use and uninstalling them from your device.

We may restrict or suspend access to an App where reasonably necessary, including in circumstances involving:

• Violations of these Terms.

• Fraudulent or unlawful activity.

• Security threats or misuse.

• Activities that harm our services or other users.

• Requirements imposed by applicable laws or authorized platforms.

Any restriction or termination will be handled in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our Apps, services, business practices, technology or applicable laws.

Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Where required by applicable law, we will notify users of material changes and obtain their acceptance where necessary.

14. GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are subject to applicable laws, including the laws of India where relevant.

Disputes may be brought before competent courts or authorities having jurisdiction under applicable law.

These Terms, together with the applicable Privacy Policy and any additional terms presented within an individual App, constitute the agreement governing your use of that App, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
